Claims

To report a claim for Auto, General Liability or Property directly to the company call 877-248-3455, press 1, follow the prompts and be prepared to provide your policy number. This number also applies to Glass Damage Only claims.

Please note that when reporting a claim you will be asked for several pieces of information. The list below is a guide to help with this process and is not inclusive of all information that may be requested. Once a claim is reported the representative will assign a claim number and provide further guidance on what to expect going forward.

Auto Claim

In The event of an Auto related insurance claim:

  • Secure the scene
  • If warranted contact authorities
  • Do not admit Fault or Assume Liability
  • Obtain and Exchange information with other involved party/ies.
    • Date and Time of Incident
    • Location of Incident
    • Obtain other Driver Information such as Name, Driver License Number and a contact phone number
    • Document the Year, Make, Model and Vehicle ID Number of any other vehicles involved in the incident.
    • If possible, obtain Insurance Company name and Policy Number of other involved vehicles.
    • If a Police Report is taken please obtain the report number from the officer if available.

Liability or Property

To report a claim for any type of Liability or Property claim directly to the company call 877-248-3455, press 1, follow the prompts and be prepared to provide your policy number.

  • Provide the claims desk a description of the event including the Location, Date, Time and whether anyone was injured and what property was damaged.
  • Obtain contact information from other involved parties or their representatives.

Workmen's Compensation

To report a claim for a Workmen's Compensation claim directly to the company call 877-248-3455, press 1, follow the prompts and be prepared to provide your policy number.

Workmen's Compensation Claim

  • Name of injured employee, Date of Birth/Approximate age and contact information.
  • Description of the incident and injury
  • Location, Date and Time of the incident
  • Was medical attention provided by any emergency response team, paramedics or hospital?
  • Is person back to work?
